Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Preston Valley Hops. The following are terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. 


We deliver our products using Australia Post.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We use AusPost rates and your total shipping cost will be determined by weight.



Shipping outside WA

While we are capable of sending hops products outside of Western Australia, we do encourage you to support your local hop farm. Please get in touch with us at to find out how we can assist you further.


International orders

Sorry we do not offer international shipping at this time. 

Hop quality can be severely impacted long periods of exposure to high temperatures.  We encourage you to support your local farm :)


Delivery times

Orders with plants or hops products are despatched on Monday and Tuesdays only in order to preserve hops quality.

Orders must be placed before 6pm Saturday to be included in the next week’s post. 

Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.


Order processing delays that are outside of our control can occasionally occur. If there are significant delays in processing of your order we will contact you directly.


Regular post

We are only able to post non-hops related items via regular post. Australia Post estimates shipping times may be up to 14 days from the date of shipment, but it is generally sooner. The shipping times are dependent on your location within Australia.


Express Post

Australia Post guarantees delivery within 2 business days anywhere in Australia within the Express Post Delivery Network. This has known to be impacted by incidents such as pandemic and natural disaster. 


Delivery delays that are outside of our control can occasionally occur.

Return & Exchange Policy

Please select your products carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.

Due to quality issues we are unable to accept refunds on hops products unless they are faulty.


You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or don’t perform as advertised.


You can return any damaged or incorrect item for a refund, within 30 days of receiving your original order.


Full Refund of item will be offered: If the items you received were incorrect, damaged, missing, or not as we described them, then you’ll get a full refund for that item.


Policy Overview


  • The Preston Valley Hops Team must authorise all returns via email using the Contact Us form on our website

  • Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we will not offer you a refund or exchange.

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Prior to processing refund or exchanges, customers are required to send pictures of defects. Without pictures we will not process requests.

  • To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, unless there is an issue with the contents of the packaging.
